Join us for 30 minutes of guided mindfulness and meditation on the rooftop garden of the James Rose Center. Appropriate for all levels of experience and especially rewarding for those new to a mindfulness practice.
Chairs will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring mats or cushions if they wish.
Kevin Rose has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for more than twenty years. His interest in mindfulness started with his background in performing and teaching classical music. He loves working with both children and adults new to mindfulness practices. He formally trained with Mindful Schools, and has taught mindfulness practices to kids as young as two years old through adults.
