This weekly program provides easy guided mindfulness and meditation sessions to close the busy work week and open ourselves to the beauty that surrounds us. Sessions will be led by  certified meditation teacher, Sarit Lotem and Kevin Rose.

The Lunchtime Series is open and appropriate for all levels of experience. Chairs will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring mats or cushions if they wish.

Sarit Lotem is a certified life coach, a certified meditation instructor, and an Ayurveda teacher. Sarit studied and received her certifications from the Chopra Global and the University of California, Berkeley – The Greater Good Science Center. Sarit brings almost 5,000 years of practical experience and study of the Vedic wisdom, Buddhism tradition, Zen philosophy, neuroscience, and positive psychology to guide her students and clients to effectively incorporate inner peace and calmness into their lives.

Kevin Rose, a Ridgewood resident and father, has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for the past twenty years. His interest in mindfulness started with his background in performing and teaching classical music. He loves working with children and adults new to mindfulness practices. He trained with Mindful Schools, and taught mindfulness practices to kids as young as three years old through adults.
