Beginning Thursday, October 3rd at 7pm, join us each Thursday for a Three-week Introduction to Mindfulness. Each week’s 45-minute session will introduce new techniques in reducing stress, improving attention, and finding greater compassion in our everyday relationships.
Whether you are entirely new to mindfulness or if you have had a practice for decades, this is a great opportunity to learn practical new techniques, or renew your current practice with others. 2019 Fall Mindfulness
Nothing is required as chairs will be provided for all, put participants are welcome to bring their own cushions and/or mats if they prefer. There is a $30 suggested donation for the 4-week session that will fully go towards the continued renovation of the Center.
